#ChurchillPride – May 20, 2019
Good morning Churchill community,
This week will most definitely be a Peak Moment for so many of our students. The Variety Show is a great opportunity for our students to showcase their talents and build confidence. We are looking forward to seeing our student performances on Wednesday and Thursday evening.
We will also be wrapping up our makeup MAP testing this week. Our students have worked so hard throughout the year. We are looking forward to seeing their results.
Have a wonderful week!
Steve Kern and Carol Novak
A Note from our Nurse
If your child has medication in the nurse’s office, please arrange for an adult to pick up your child’s medication by the last day of school, June 6th.
We are in need of parent volunteers for our upcoming annual Field Day which will take place on Monday, June 3rd. Earlier last week a flyer was sent home. On the flyer you were able to sign your child up for an extra hot lunch day, as well as indicating your interest in being a parent volunteer during the Field Day event. Please be sure to send this completed form in ASAP if you are interested in either.

Join the D54 Foundation for 22nd annual golf outing
Want to make a difference in the lives of District 54 students? Join the District 54 Education Foundation for its 22nd annual golf outing on Monday, June 10 at the Schaumburg Golf Club.
All proceeds from the golf outing support District 54 breakfast programs, STEM programs and grants for students from financially struggling households. Please consider supporting District 54 children by becoming an event sponsor or golfing. The Foundation is also looking for raffle items and gift cards to award as prizes.
Visit d54foundation.org/golf-outing to sponsor, register or for more information. The Foundation was honored to be named Schaumburg’s Volunteer Organization of the Year for 2019 and we are excited to continue our work with this organization on behalf of students.
