Dear Churchill Families,
It was an amazing first week back, filled with many LEGENDARY moments to kick off the year 2023! Churchill staff and students continued to build and strengthen relationships through a variety of engaging classroom activities. We couldn’t be more proud of our lions and all their great efforts to show respectful, responsible, and safe behavior.
The pictures above are from our Energy Bus whole school assembly that took place on Monday. Students and staff spent time learning and recommitting to our practices that support our students’ academic and social emotional needs. We utilized The Energy Bus to provide our students consistent language and concepts that align to the PBIS, SEL and Happiness structures already in place. Our students will focus on: Creating a Positive Vision, Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy, No Bullies Allowed, Love Your Passengers and Enjoy the Ride. Be sure to ask your child what fuels their energy bus!
