All kindergarten, sixth grade, and new students to Churchill this school year must have physicals and immunization paperwork turned in to our school nurse, Mrs. Withaeger. These forms are due Tuesday, October 15. If these forms are not turned in by then, your child will not be able to continue attending Churchill. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
