Thank you to everyone who supported Churchill PTA by ordering hot lunch already this year! Paper forms are no longer being accepted. All paper forms received with an email address were sent an order confirmation. If you did not receive one please contact Katie ([email protected]).
Did you miss the deadline? Not a problem! You can order online throughout the year up to the Wednesday of the week BEFORE the hot lunch date. Specific deadlines are listed with each meal option in the store. So….make sure you get your DQ order for the 18th in by THIS WEDNESDAY!!!
